Our customers rave about the taste, quality, and quantity of our
food, and they also love the large number of menu items we carry — more than 100 superb selections! It’s a menu with so much variety, there’s
virtually something for everyone. Our famous, mouth-watering pizzas start with outstanding preparation. They’re always made fresh to order,
and we use only the finest ingredients, including 100% natural, extra dry mozzarella cheese. Our homemade sauce is made from gourmet tomatoes
that are vine ripened, prior to canning, and our sausage is freshly ground, according to our original 1961 recipe. When it comes to fresh
pizza dough, ours is made daily from scratch. And all of our pizzas are baked in deck ovens, which greatly enhances the marvelous taste of our
golden brown pizza crust.
In addition to our famous pizzas, our constantly changing menu
features a wide selection of appetizers, soups, salads and side dishes. Our delicious entrees include everything from house specialties, such
as smothered New York strip steak and flame-grilled fish of the day, to fish and chips, sautéed chicken, and grilled pork chops. Our
traditional pasta menu, features spaghetti, mostaccioli, and lasagna. And when it comes to our savory, innovative sandwiches, you literally
need to “get a grip on it.” They’re so huge; it takes two hands to hold them.
Rounding out our menu is an extensive
selection of draft and bottled beers, wines and cocktails, as well as a luscious dessert menu.

Two, Expandable Concepts to
Choose From!
Would you like to own a full-service, dine-in restaurant or a
carry out facility? Whichever way you want to go, we can accommodate you, because we can offer you two expandable concepts to choose
from.
The Dine-In Concept
Ranging from 4,500 to 6,000 square feet, the Ed n Joe’s
dine-in unit is a spacious, full-service restaurant, with a well-stocked bar. It features our full menu, with a heavy focus on our delicious,
well-known pizza selections.
With charming décor, this attractive facility fosters an
environment that is warm, comfortable, friendly and “homey.” It consists of a stand-alone building with ample seating, including outdoor
seating on a covered porch. Tables and chairs are of rich, dark wood, as are the cozy booths that line the walls. Adding to this rustic feel
is a copper-coated tin ceiling, from which are suspended charming, old-fashioned ceiling fans. The walls in the dining areas are painted in
deep, rich colors and are accented by attractive wainscoting. There is also a private room for business meetings and private
parties.
The lounge features a beautiful cathedral ceiling, hardwood
floors, and an attractive bar, featuring draft beers, cocktails and excellent wines. On certain evenings, live, acoustic music is played in
the lounge, and it can be heard throughout the entire restaurant, enhancing the fun, friendly atmosphere of dining at Ed n
Joe’s.
Separate from the dining and lounge areas is a carry out and
delivery section. It has its own entrance and a window for placing orders, while the dine-in concept also features a catering business, which
offers many menu items, for private parties. The dine-in concept can be expanded to include additional dining space and private meeting
rooms.
The Carryout Concept
The Ed n Joe’s carry out concept offers an
outstanding carryout and delivery business. Delicious pizzas are the mainstay offering, but most other menu items are also available, including
appetizers, sandwiches, pastas and house specialties.
Ranging in size from 750 to 1,000 square feet, the carryout
facility has a spacious area for customer ordering, waiting and pickup. Orders are placed, processed and rapidly filled, with our
computerized, state-of-the-art, point-of-sale system. The modern, spotlessly clean kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line deck ovens, which
bake pizzas more evenly and thoroughly than conveyor ovens. Just off the kitchen is an area where delivery drivers can conveniently pick up
their orders. The carry out concept can be expanded
to include catering and/or dine-in facilities.
